Photojournalism Project 1: Portraits ‘Omari’

Portrait Project 2: Omari

Our second project was to photograph someone by a window and the main focus had to be light whilst still maintaining colour balance and all the important elements that make a photo a ‘good’ one. I wanted to take a photo that just seemed natural, unposed and just what it is…if that makes sense. I mentioned in a few posts before that I use to edit quite heavily back in the day (not too long ago) and I’d like to cut that out completely. So here is my favourite shot I took of my lovely friend, Omari. He’s a very driven and talented digital animator at UCF and I can’t think of anything that could hold him back. I hope this picture highlights that and also that kindness he can’t seem to hide!
